Made in the USA for the UK during First World War, based around a pre-war design using a Mauser -style bolt. Heavier than the SMLE and with a 5 round clip fed magazine this rifle is best known as the ‘Dad’s Army’ Rifle used by the Home Guard in the Second World War.
