Pistol, Revolver, Webley 0.38in Mk IV

Pistol, Revolver, Webley 0.38in Mk IV

Description

After the introduction of the Enfield No 2 for military service in 1932 (167,168) Webley continued with the design for the MkIV for civilian and police use. Shortage of pistols in WW2 meant that many were purchased for military use. A War Finish model was produced from 1942, but not officially adopted until 1945. Use continued into the 1960s
