Designed to meet military requirements the 1922 was an enlarged 1910 with a greater sighting radius, longer barrel and increased magazine capacity. It was available in both 7.65 and 9mm short (here). Adopted by the Netherlands, Yugoslavia and Belgium the Germans continued its use and production during the occupation. This example is a Dutch Army issue, with stamp on top of barrel
