Biography:

1) John Hilton, the youngest son of Joseph Hilton, was born at Waltham Abbey, circa 1826. The 1841 Census recorded that he was living with his parents in Silver Street. 2. In 1855, he was employed within the Manufactory as a Millman (Winters, op.cit. p.112). 3. The 1861 Census confirmed the above information.
