Biography:
1. J. Gillham was working on the barges and punts, earning 1/6d per day, according to the Return of Personnel dated the 18th April 1789 (Supply 5/213).
2. Supply 5/214 dated September 1789, confirmed he was working in the barges.
3. Supply 5/214 dated the 27th March 1790, recorded that he was working on the barges, but at the time of the Return was away sick, and that his place had been taken by Edward Heddy.
