Biography:

1. Robert Coleman's Minute Book dated Sunday, the 11th August, 1793, stated "Brookland Mill Stopt" and on the 14th August, "Brookland has set his Mill to work." Winters (pp.39/40). Note: it was common for a Mill to be known after its Millman.
